Since ios9 launch the app force closes as soon as you click on it.

Was ok, if a little slow, until iOS 9 came along. Hope Blumoo updates this app soon.

It crashes before it even opens ! Not sure if caused by iOS 9 update I just did Fix quick please !

iOS 9 comes out, app ceases to function. This update wasnt a surprise, why werent you prepared? Better not take long to fix.

I loved it and as soon as I relied on it they dropped the ball. Developers had notice of the IOS upgrade and this is unacceptable. Very dissapointed Blumoo peeps. If you get it fixed soon enough I will re-write my review for what I think of the great functionality when it actually functions.

This app is great...Again! Thanks iOS 9 fix. I own two Blumoos and have given two as gifts to my brothers.

App looks like something made for the original iPhone. The resolution on an iPhone 6 is horrible, and the UI looks like something from the 90s.

It has a apple phone on the front but you cant even use an apple device

I love this product! Setup was ridiculously easy, works well, and the app is very intuitive. Best thing is it turned my older surround sound into a rockin Bluetooth system! Kudos!!!

Current version: fairly unstable build. Crashes often especially when switching between remotes. Blumoo app: Ive been both impressed and disappointed with Blumoo as a complete product. On one hand, it works as advertised and does it well: it easily controls all of the devices in my home theater system using my phone, totally replacing the need to keep my ever increasing collection of remotes (and to a lesser extent, batteries). I was able to make a custom remote combining the most used functions of all the other devices into a custom remote that takes up a single screen on my iPhone for ease of use. The app also has a local channel listing to find TV programs, and can even change the channel on the cable box directly from the TV guide which is nice for quick browsing. My main problem with the app so far is the user interface once the initial setup is complete. For starters, visually it is very basic with most of the tappable elements consisting of plain blue and gray squares. This may have been impressive back in 2007, but with the design features most users are inundated with now Blumoos GUI is certainly nothing to write home about. Menus slowly slide into place before allowing the user to select the option they want. Overall, the app comes off as feeling sluggish to use, not snappy or responsive. Second, while adding additional buttons to make your remotes more customized to your needs is certainly possible, it is far from intuitive. Simple functions like deleting buttons or reordering the list of remotes takes multiple individual button presses and repetitive dialog boxes to do each time, whereas many other developers have utilized common gestures (such as swipes and long presses) to accomplish the same thing faster and more easily. When making custom remotes can require a dozen steps or more, this gets tiring after just a short while. Finally, frequent crashes can make the entire experience of using your remote(s) as intended frustrating. Hopefully that is merely a problem with the current build. tl;dr: Product works as advertised and initial set up is surprisingly a breeze. App is frustrating to use and could use a complete redesign or at least improvements to certain elements. Crashes frequently, far more than other apps on my phone.

Plugged it in and was up and running with 5 devices in 10 minutes. Easiest remote control device Ive programmed. Biggest learning curve is to modify the buttons and layout - which is pretty straightforward! Now I want one for my upstairs TV.

Great app. Guide crashing after update. Getting "No HD Channels Available" with default filter applied. Please add swipe to change remotes back.

This app doesnt even open

Worked great till they updated it and now theres this ridiculous extra step when using Apple TV. Poorly thought out.

This app aborts every time its opened JUNK!!!!

Great application, easy to use and very adaptable. Easy to create macros to do complex, mulitistep remote fictions.
